I work for Pacific Properties, basically, just a big corporation run by a bunch of greedy little bastards that don't give a shit about some crappy apartment complex in the middle of Korea Town.


This means that I can lie right to your face, and there is nothing you can do about it.

I can also get away with ripping you off and padding my bank account in the process..
For example, we get paid to send your trash to a recycling center, but you get a bill from UCI West(my brother is the owner), charging you for trash pick-up. He gives me a 25% kick-back. I get paid twice!!!

We use Tow-N-Moe as a predatory towing service, they also give me a $50 kick-back from the $210 fee they charge.

When you finally move out, I will have Systematic National Collections, Inc. send you a bill for an extra month's rent. If you don't pay up, they will wreck your credit. Of course, my brother is the president of SNC, so I get another 25% kick-back!

I have been known to use unlicenced contractors(usually friends or relatives) to do repairs on the property, then create fake bills that I send in to the property owners. Then I intimidate my renters into paying for the repairs. I get paid twice again!!!!!!

Just remember, I will say anything to get you to sign that lease agreement. But I NEVER put any of my promises down in writing. Then you are stuck here, untill you cough up $1500 to break your lease. And I will still evict you!!!!
